I absolutely love Portmans Canberra City. I've been going here regularly since I started full time work in the corporate sector and they have a fantastic range of clothes that work well in various situations and the staff - particularly Carolyn and Jess, are always friendly and approachable and are always more than happy to answer any questions.

Hayley and Elle were amazingly helpful and friendly, they gave their honest but kind opinions and helped me find what I was comfortable in and went out of their ways to find my sizing. The service was well beyond what i experience in most retail stores

I came in on Tuesday morning to get an outfit for my interview the next day. The lovely lady working here (I forgot to grab her name) was so sweet and helpful! I had a very positive shopping experience, will definitely be coming back! :)

Had a great experience with this store. They agreed to hold a sale item for me for several days longer than their usual store policy, so that was really nice. When I came in to try it on it was still waiting there as promised. When I bought it, it was to exchange an online purchase and she was very accommodating and friendly. She tried to find another sale dress to exchange too even though it was sold out. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much!!

I always experience very friendly and professional service at the Portmans Canberra City store. A special shout out to the manager Natalie who goes above and beyond to assist and sets a great standard for all the staff. I was in the store yesterday and saw how encouraging and supportive she was to a new member of her team. It’s wonderful to see women managers of this calabre!

I visited the Portmans store at Canberra outlet on Saturday, 7 February, and received excellent customer service from Andrew and Meljun. They were both very polite, attentive, and extremely helpful. I was very happy with the service provided and appreciate their professionalism.
